Ingredients:

  • ½ cup whole milk or oat milk

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream (or coconut ice cream for dairy-free)

  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract (or a few fresh mint leaves)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
